…organize 4 weekly group rides for different riding styles and levels and which run from March through the end of October. These range from beginner,
instructional rides to experienced, fast club rides. Riding with a group is a great way to improve your riding skills and fitness level.

- MONDAYS – 6:00 pm
(5pm early spring and late fall, 5:30pm late spring & early fall) - ROAD, 20-30miles, moderate (16 -20mph), to Yarmouth, Cumberland Center and back. A and B groups. 2 regrouping stops. Opposite direction on alternate weeks. For more information Richard: rjhutch10@yahoo.com
- WEDNESDAYS- 6:00 pm Women’s Road Bike, 20-30 miles, no-drop. Several regroup stops allow for varying speed without being dropped. FMI: Diane – dmac7618@yahoo.com
- THURSDAYS – 6:00pm

All rides leave from the shop at 333 Forest Ave, Portland. - Road bikes only. No triathlon, time trial, or fixed gear bikes. Use of headphones or aero bars is not allowed.
- Helmets required. Lights, especially rear, highly recommended.
- Riders under 18 require waiver signed by parent.
- Road bikes, rather than hybrid, strongly recommended for all these rides.
